Consulting and Needs Assessment
eBridge's Consulting and Needs Assessment process assists clients in:
  1. Determining the specific learning needs that are best delivered through eLearning; and
  2. Assigning priorities and time lines to optimally fill these needs.
Once the above factors are determined, eBridge helps clients plan for the effective migration of learning or training programs to Web-based delivery.

This process is collaborative in nature and includes:

scheduling eLearning to accommodate business plans
developing a communication process
getting/confirming commitment and buy-in
creating effective programs within budget
assessing technology capabilities, competencies and gaps
identifying, when necessary, the requirement to outsource learning or training that isn't readily available within clients' organizations
assisting clients in recruiting highly competent content providers whom are recognized experts in their field
scoping out the importance and requirement for performance-based measurements and reinforcement of learning and training

Results

  • eBridge's Consulting and Needs Assessment process best determines how learning programs meet clients' needs, priorities, timelines, and budgets.
