Measurement of eLearning
Today's businesses, professional associations, and government agencies expect accountability for the outcomes of their learning investments. eBridge measures the effectiveness of each of its programs in an accurate and timely manner.

eBridge's Measurement of eLearning services incorporate various forms of testing within each individual eLearning module. Testing can include:

Self pre-assessment (both confidential to the learner and/or shared with employer/trainer) to measure existing competency levels or knowledge gaps;
Module testing throughout the eSeminar (to measure the degree of knowledge-transfer that has occurred); and
Post-testing or tracking (to measure retention rates).

The eBridge eLearning Management System is capable of customizing clients' assessment, testing and accreditation requirements.

Results

  • The eBridge eLearning Management System can incorporate highly customized testing throughout the various stages of the eLearning experience for clients' targeted learners. Customized testing results will provide clients with measurements that determine competency levels and learning gaps before learners are assigned eLearning and training courses, with the following goals in mind to ensure the following:
  • a genuine need for specific learning exists;
  • prevention of costs and downtime from unnecessary learning;
  • effective transfer of knowledge takes place; and
  • eLearning programs have been completed.
  • eLearning retention rates are measured through customized post-testing and tracking, determining the need for participants to repeat certain modules of eLearning programs.
